Lithgow City Council requires the services of suitably qualified and experienced consultants to carry out the Lithgow Emerging Economy (LEEP) project.
This project is critical to the future of the Lithgow Local Government Area and an exciting opportunity for either a multi-faceted consultancy or consortia of individual consultants to be involved in a reputation building project.
A traditional approach is not expected to deliver the desired outcomes and a different approach is required. Therefore, this is an outcome-based brief. Whilst some guidance is provided, the methodology to achieve that outcome is to be provided in the consultant’s response.
A mandatory ‘pre-tender submission’ session will be held to assist interested parties in understanding the expectations of the work and the desired outcome.
