Tender ID: 470560
Tender Details
Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The request seeks to engage experienced sellers who have capability to provide an assessment of business processes and administrative practices in the Disability Employment Services (DES) program, and to make recommendations to improve the efficiency, efficacy and accuracy of the practices. Part of this assessment will include mapping out current processes, with a particular focus on the quarterly DES Assurance Process (DES AP).
The engagement will involve mapping and reviewing existing DES AP workflows and administrative processes, including the review of existing process documentation. It will identify superfluous or duplicative process aspects, as well as elements that may be streamlined using Robotic Process Automation, and make recommendations to enhance process efficiency, efficacy and accuracy.
The key outcome will be finding system-based solutions to minimise manual handling, including current reliance on spreadsheets to manage workflows and processes.
The Department has existing capability in Robotic Process Automation, using Blue Prism, and the successful tenderer will be required to consider the applicability of this technology as part of their recommendations.
