Tender Description
Chevron Australia is seeking expressions of interest from capable Service Providers (SP) with a demonstrated capability in providing Site Based Integrated Services in Company’s area of operations for the scope identified below.
In terms of service delivery, Company’s area of operations may include;
• Barrow Island (Gorgon Liquefied Natural Gas Plant);
• Wheatstone LNG facility (Onslow) – including LNG plant, office and residential housing;
• Wheatstone Platform.
The requirement for the Site Based Integrated Services scope of work may include, but not be limited to:
a) Camp and catering services;
• Accommodation management including camp facilities (recreation facilities);
• Catering services;
• Personnel movement to / from camp (Bus Services);
• Transport / Fleet management;
• Cleaning (on plot / off plot);
• Health and well being;
• Village entertainment services (VES);
• Operation and management of Company’s retail facilities.
b) Facility maintenance services;
• General building and equipment maintenance (carpentry / plumbing & electrical / refrigeration & HVAC systems maintenance);
• Fire protection and monitoring systems maintenance;
• Company owned fixed plant maintenance and management;
• Grounds maintenance services;
• Spares parts and consumables supply and management;
• Regulatory reporting and compliance;
• General scaffolding to support maintenance and small project scopes;
• General lifting operations;
• Fire Extinguisher maintenance and management;
• Repairs and maintenance of ice machines, kitchen and BBQ equipment;
• Water quality testing;
• Light / Heavy vehicle maintenance (includes mobile equipment);
• Minor works Projects;
• Potable water distribution to remote / temporary facilities;
• Waste water collection from remote / temporary facilities;
• Repair and maintenance of fencing;
• Traffic management, including erecting of signage and barricading;
• Planning, scheduling and engineering support;
• Engineering design work, including MOC and red line mark ups;
• Access control, CCTV and UPS maintenance and support.
c) Facility maintenance services in support of Company’s residential accommodation & offices in Onslow;
• Typical maintenance work – housing, Office buildings and apartments;
- Routine and reactive maintenance;
d) Civils and earthworks;
• Operation and management of Company’s concrete batch plant (BWI);
- Maintenance of batch plant;
- Supply and storage of sand, bulk cement and admixtures;
- Delivery of concrete to various work sites, including the operation and supply of delivery trucks;
- Miscellaneous concrete works;
• Road maintenance and construction;
• Yard maintenance (laydowns / hard stands);
• Miscellaneous civil and earthworks as directed by Company;
- Bulk material haulage and handling;
- Water leak management;
- Detection / location and excavation of any underground services. Backfill and re-compaction of soil;
- Maintaining and upgrade of firebreaks;
- Dust control and suppression;
- Storm water management and ongoing maintenance;
- Dewatering and support of clean up after rain events.
• Survey control, set out and compliance works.
e) Management of BWI Aerodrome;
• Responsible for the complete management, operation and maintenance coordination of Company’s BWI aerodrome, including;
- Aircraft receipt and dispatch;
- Passenger and baggage handling;
- Freight management.
Service Providers shall provide:
a) Company profile
b) Company experience / capability in providing similar services
c) Proposed method of work for meeting the specified scope items above
d) Proposed organizational structure
e) Proposed commercial models for consideration.
