Tender Description
Monash University seeks to engage a suitable partner for the procurement of digital gift cards, for a fixed term of 3 years, that is able to:
i. Implement a gift card solution that is fully digital
ii. Provide the ability to immediately send gift cards
iii. Enable flexibility in terms of what cards are issued and what the cards can purchase
iv. Greatly reduce inefficiency and administrative cost of gift card management
v. Provide robust auditability on gift card program
vi. Consolidate the university gift card spending and supplier base.
