This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Finance is seeking to enhance key reporting and data collection components of the management of the Management Advisory Services Panel interim solution to support the additional panels that will be utilising the interim solution from late 2021.
The Significant Matters Taskforce partnered with the Business Optimisation and implement an interim solution for the reporting and invoicing components of the management of the Management Advisory Services Panel. The Taskforce has identified additional components to ensure the solution remains fit for purpose when the remaining two panels go live.
The individual will be an MS excel specialist to support the delivery multiple activities including delivery of a basic form overlay for data entry, development of a standard template that incorporate defined business rules to support error validation and delivery of a template to undertake bulk upload converting multi-dimensional data into a single file.
At a high-level, the additional components include, but not be limited to:
• Create excel forms solutions to address client business, interface and performance requirements··
• Create (increased) reporting requirement and reporting functional design for customisations·
• Provide SME expertise to the business area supporting the Panels in Finance
• Data mapping from external systems into data storage solutions such as MS CRM·or SQL server database
The Reporting Data Specialist will receive handover of high-level outcomes designing and developed during the Management Advisory Services Panel interim solution project. The Reporting Data Specialist will be supported by the Business Optimisation team
