This project is part of the Sovereign Hill Museums Association Master Plan Stage 1a.
Sovereign Hill Museums Association Limited (SHMA) seeks an Invitation to Quote from experienced and high calibre Interior Design Specialists.
The New York Bakery (NYB) is the flagship food and hospitality destination at Sovereign Hill Outdoor Museum. Refurbishment of the NYB is identified as part of Sovereign Hill's Food and Hospitality roadmap as a key project that will enhance and uplift of the food and hospitality offer for Sovereign Hill.
The current interior has not had a major update since is construction 40+ years ago. This Design Phase demands a creative design for the internal refurbishment of the New York Bakery that uses thematic interpretation and practical layout for a hospitality premises. The thematic period is within the Victorian Era of design, leaning towards earlier periods from 1850-1870.
SHMA reserves the right not to proceed with any or all submissions.
The Design Phase must be completed by 20 November 2021.
