Tender Description
Walgett Shire Council (Council) is seeking Tender Submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Contractors to complete the refurbishment of the Rowena Community Hall to the required safe and functional standard.
The tender documents are available for download only online. The contact person for this request for tender is Cindy Garrahy via the online forum, which closes 5 days prior to closing the tender.
A non-mandatory (but highly recommended) tender briefing session will be conducted on-line via Zoom (A zoom link is provided within the tender documents).
The purpose of the briefing session is to advise all potential Tenderers of the background to the project and the tender process to ensure everyone has a good understanding of the requirements to submit a conforming tender.
Due to the ongoing travel restrictions caused by COVID 19 and associated logistical and health risks NO on-site meeting will be conducted in person, however it is recommended that tenderers make their own investigations.
A council representative will be available at that time to take questions any queries regarding the tender. All responses will be collated and published on online as an addendum.
Tenders may be submitted by the closing date and time, Friday, 1st October 2021 at 4pm AEST to the online tender box .
