Tender Description
DetailsCouncil intends to construct a Community Building on the site of the Wagga Women’s Bowling Club.
The building will be used by the Wagga Wagga Veterans and Vintage Motor Club (WWVVMC) and the University of the Third Age (U3A) and other community groups.
To the extent that the WWVVMC will have a significant use there will be design aspects required to meet their needs. See Principal’s Project Requirements (PPR) for design criteria.
Council require suitably qualified parties to provide design and construction services for new building in this location.
A pre-tender briefing is scheduled for Tuesday 21 September 2021 at 10.00am at Wagga Women’s Bowling Club Rooms near Duke of Kent sports ground, Shaw Street Wagga Wagga. Registration to attend the pre-tender briefing can be made to conolly.melinda@wagga.nsw.gov.au
