ABOUT THE DIOCESE of Maitland-Newcastle: The Diocese of Maitland Newcastle represents the Catholic Church in a region extending from Lake Macquarie to Taree and as far inland as Merriwa and Murrurundi. A diocese is simply a community of Christ's faithful, it represents a portion of the people of God in a particular area, which is entrusted to a bishop.
ABOUT THE EOI: The Catholic Diocese of Maitland Newcastle (CDMN) invites Respondents to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the design development and construction of Stages 3 & 4 of the St Bede's Catholic College and adjacent Chapel building (Chisholm Chapel).
In participating in the EOI process and in submitting an EOI, the Respondent agrees to be bound by this EOI.
ENQUIRIES: Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum.
SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
SUBMISSIONS MUST BE COLLATED INTO 1 PDF FORMAT.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 5:00pm AEST on Friday 24 September 2021. Submissions must be fully received by this time. The Diocese of Maitland Newcastle is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondents as it sees fit.
