This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Treasury is seeking a vendor to deliver a project for Webex improvements across its current Webex implementation replacing its current on-premise Cisco Meeting Server platforms.
Treasury currently has a mixture of an on-premise CMS cluster with business to business connectivity via Cisco Expressway in addition to an internal only CMS solution that is rated for PROTECTED use.
Treasury currently use Cisco Jabber as the primary messaging, telephony and internal conferencing (CMS Meeting) application.
Webex meetings are run on laptops using the Webex Meetings Application and joined when on premises using Cisco Webex Room Systems deployed across its offices.
Treasury’s UC environment is run on Cisco Unified Communications Manager, CMS meeting cluster and Expressway environment for B2B and external messaging federation, delivering a wide range of voice and video services across the Department and portfolio agencies.
