Tender Description
Development Victoria (DV) will release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Quantity Surveying and Cost Planning services for a large (32ha) inner Melbourne site.
This RFP will be released via a Selective Tender to Cost Planning consultants on the Construction Supplier Register (CSR) who have experience on large scale industrial sites undergoing redevelopment.
The procurement will be subject to the Ministerial Directions for Public Construction Procurement in Victoria, Strategic Local Jobs First Policy and the Social Procurement Framework.
The services are to be delivered using Development Victoria’s standard consultancy agreement (Major Services).
