Glamping at Mt Buller Village

⁠⁠⁠The primary purpose of this EOI is to expand year-round activation through the development of differentiated glamping experiences that attract new and repeat visitation.

The opportunity includes the exclusive right to develop, own and operate new glamping infrastructure on Crown land within the Mt Buller Village. The operator will have discretion to set customer charges. The operator is encouraged to offer associated wellness activities and/or experiences to drive visitation and increased length of stay.

The opportunity does not include:
• Development and operation of Glamping facilities within the Ski Field Lease.
• Development in the Mount Stirling Resort and Mirimbah Park.
• Traditional lodge or apartment style development for visitors and/or staff accommodation.
