Tender Description
Swan Hill Rural City Council is seeking to renew its Waste Management Services contract, which will include the operation, management and routine maintenance of Swan Hill and Robinvale Landfills and Manangatang, Piangil and Ultima Rural Transfer Stations.
Initial Contract period of 3 years with the possible extension of another 4 and final 3 years, depending on performance and as per agreement.
It is anticipated the contract period will commence from 1st January 2022 until at maximum term 31st December 2031.
Responses will be evaluated using the following criteria:
- Price will be evaluated on best value
- Compliance of Specification (35%)
- Track Record (25%) - Provide detail about similar projects undertaken
- Availability of Skills/Resources (30%) - Personnel skills and experience relevant to this project
- Social Economic Benefit (10%) - Demonstrate social and economic benefit to Swan Hill Municipality
