Tender Description
The primary purpose of this EOI process is to identify a new tenant to lease and operate Mirimbah Store. All respondents must submit a proposal to operate Mirimbah Store (Mandatory). Respondents also have the option to submit proposals to:
• Operate Mt Stirling Café year-round and/or the Mt Stirling shop in the green season only (both facilities are owned by the RMB);
• Drive greater activation of Mirimbah area.
