As Mansfield Shire Council is delivering more large-scale infrastructure projects there has been numerous roles added within the Operations & Capital Works department. Whilst there are more roles the Council office within 33 Highett Street cannot accommodate all employees at once.
Therefore, there is a need to upgrade and redesign the Operations & Capital Works department as well as to provide a COVID Safe environment in order to meet the current and future demand of employees so that a cohesive, efficient and safer work environment can be established.
