Tender Description
Respondents are invited to quote on supplying inspection audit reports as per the scope of works for the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre on the existing fly system and associated chain motors & wire winch motors.
Respondents are requested to supply a fixed price quote for 3x annual inspections, 2022, 2023 and 2024.
Pricing must be inclusive of all labour, materials, travel, accommodation and any other associated costs.
The 2022 work must be completed in venue between January 10 - 14 2022. Dates for the 2023 & 2024 inspections will be negotiated with the venue and the successful applicant.
Total items:
- 31x Fly Lines in a single purchase counterweight fly system, 48mm OD steel pipe, 5x pick ups per line @ centre, 3500mm & 7010mm off centres, 11360-11600 drift, SWL 380kg.
- 1x Motorised orchestra bar - (FOH Roof Space) 48mm OD steel pipe, Single Pile wire winch hoist , 4x pick ups, SWL 450kg, control from point OP Perch.
- 2x EXE Rise D8+ Double Break chain motors (FOH PA), 4m/min, Cap. 500kg, 7m chain, control from stage via controller Op Stage.
- 2x Mobile wire winch motors (on stage) Cap. 200kg, hard wired controller, single phase.
- 1x Installed - Wire winch motor (FOH Bridge - Projector), 400kg, local controller at winch,
