Overview
Fraser Coast Regional Council is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced tenderers for CTWW025 – 25/26 – Lenthalls Dam: Cone Valve – Modification of Hydraulic Control System – Design & Construct.
Scope
- Design and construction of modifications to the hydraulic control system for the Cone Valve at Lenthalls Dam
Tender Briefing
A non-mandatory tender briefing will be held for this opportunity.
- Date: Tuesday 28 July 2026
- Time: 1:00pm (AEST)
- Location: Lenthalls Dam, Duckinwilla QLD. Meet at BP Torbanlea, 25169 Bruce Highway, Torbanlea. Access to each site is through different forestry roads
- Booking: Required, via email to procurement@frasercoast.qld.gov.au
- Dress Code/PPE: Vehicle must be a 4x4 as the roads into the dam are very rough. High visibility long sleeves, trousers, safety footwear, and a sun-safe hat are required

- Lenthalls Dam - Operation and Maintenance Manual (O&M)
Tender response forms are to be submitted as three files only, in the following format:
- Non-Price Response Form: PDF including all supporting documentation as one file, and this PDF must not contain any price related criteria
- Price Response Form: Excel
- Contract Amendments and Particulars: Excel
Failure to comply with this requirement may result in a non-conforming offer.
