⁠⁠⁠Description of the Works

Affordable build to rent apartment building project located in Fitzroy. Delivery of a 10-floor residential development with 2 basement levels of carparking. This RFP is for a Quantity Surveyor and will include delivery through a Novated D&C Managing Contractor procurement model and will include all associated cost planning through preliminary design, tender, contract letting and construction.

Tender Release Date Target: September 2021

Procurement Model: Consultancy Agreement (Major Services)

Procurement Process: Selective RFP

Expected prequalification levels or ‘minimum’ capability/capacity requirements:

• Registration on CSR for Quantity Surveying Services.
• Demonstrated experience on projects of $50 million +.
• Demonstrated experience providing client-side Quantity Surveying services for a Managing Contractor construction project.
