Tender Description
Tender for Builders Panel to construct thirty plus homes located in Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional areas over the period November 2021 to March 2023. The homes will be Residential Class 3 due to their providing supported residential accommodation to children who are in the care of the state. The homes with be 3 or 4 bedroom, single story, one per site. Contracts will be awarded on a per site basis but sites may be offered in bundles of 3- 5.
