Tender Description
The objective of this project is to provide advice on a redesigned a homelessness system that is accessible to Aboriginal people, provides pathways through homelessness and improves long term sustainable post homelessness housing outcomes.
Amongst other things the project will:
- Provide data and analysis to enable a dynamic homelessness system that is also able to influence the mainstream.
- Identify controls and success factors that lead to better outcomes.
- Define the system and organisation capacity and capability required to underpin and enable a redesigned system.
Aboriginal Housing Victoria welcomes consultants to partner with an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation.

The preferred method to submit the RFT is via email to vahhf@ahvic.org.au to the attention of Louise Carey, Director of Strategy and Performance, AHV and must be received no later than COB Monday, 20 August 2021.
