Tender Description
The Shire of Menzies (Shire) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced registered residential building contractors to undertake Design and Construction (D&C) of three (3) staff accommodation units with the option of a fourth unit as a separable portion. Two units to be located on Lot 9 and one unit (plus the optional forth unit) to be located on Lot 10 Shenton Street, Menzies.
Suppliers meeting the requirements of the tender specifications are invited to apply. The contract will be in the form of a lump sum Design & Construct contact utilising AS4902-2000 with an optional separable portion for the fourth accommodation unit.
