Tender Description
Cumberland City Council (Council), in response to RFx156, is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced operators to provide a proposal to secure a long-term lease to operate the Cumberland Basketball Facility located at Church Street, Lidcombe for up to a maximum term of 21 years.
Respondents are to provide a structured business case outlining the operation of the site over a short, medium and long term which aligns with Cumberland Council’s Community Strategic and Open Space and Recreation Strategy and Draft Plan of Management which can be viewed on the Cumberland City Council Website -
