Tender Description
D5 involves the partial recommissioning of an 18 bed ward with new fitout of support clinical and office spaces. D5 is 650m2 area.
T6 involves decommissioning of laboratory spaces and new fitout of office space. T6 is 460m2 area.
All works are based at Fremantle Hospital and the remaining building spaces outside of the works area are operational and normally occupied. The Contractor will be provided limited site compound space, which is to be shared between both works areas.
