Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The project comprises upgrade to patient room ensuites throughout two (2) the ward areas (approx 40 EnSuites TBC) and replacement of 40 bedhead services in Whelan Ward, to be completed at the same time as the ensuites in this ward.

The works include the following major elements:

  • Replacement of all sanitary fixtures and fittings.
  • Replacement of nominated electrical fittings.
  • Replacement of floor and wall coverings as nominated.
  • Replacement of the bedhead services (services involved being electrical, Nurse Call system and medical gases).
  • Other associated works as nominated.
  • The work on site is planned from October 2021 until May 2022, with a nominated number of work areas to be started and completed each week.
