Victoria Legal Aid is seeking proposals from providers to analyse private legal practitioner supply in the legal assistance sector. A summary of our requirements is as follows:
- Analysis of supplier markets, including region-by-region assessment of private practitioner supply (report and copy of model)
- Analysis of key barriers and incentives to participation in the legal aid scheme, by market segment and with insights into key regions (report)
