Request for Quote - Design for Upgrade of The Glen Precinct and Pioneer Park - Uralla Shire Council

Uralla Shire Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified consultant to undertake the design of Council's Public Spaces Legacy Program Project (the "PSLP project") and to prepare the design documentation for the construction of the PSLP project.

Council has resolved to use the Public Spaces Legacy Program $2,000,000 in grant funding to undertake the following projects:
a) Upgrade of The Glen reserve incorporating the Constellations of The South project, adjacent Rotary Park; and
b) Upgrade of Pioneer Park.

Under the terms of the program, Uralla Shire Council proposes to redevelop two underdeveloped parks / precincts which anchor either end of the Uralla Central Business District. The intent of the project is to deliver two high-quality public open spaces that are connected by Uralla's CBD, providing recreation environments bookending the heritage thoroughfare.
