Granville Pool Amenities Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from qualfied and experience Contractors for the provision of Granville Pool Amenities upgrade in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFx.

The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules herein.

The Conditions of Contract for this RFx will be published later as an addendum.

Pretender site inspection (Mandatory)

All respondents are required to attend the mandatory pre-tender site inspection.

All respondents must register for pre-tender site inspection, including name of company, name of attendance (limit 2 per organisation), email address. Please register by email to tendering@cumberland.nsw.gov.au. The last day of registration is 31 August 2021.

Invitations for the pretender site inspection will be sent to each organisation registered to Council.

Council will provide access to registered Respondents to inspect the site. All Respondents will walk through the site by themselves. All questions and clarifications to this RFx will have to be submitted via tne tender portal.

Should the respondent fail to attend the site inspection and sign the pretender site attendance sheet , its tender will not be considered.

Please note that all respondents who intend to access the site for inspection, must comply with the following:

• No more than 2 people at site inspection per company
• All persons attending the site must sign in via Council’s QR code
• All visitors must comply with the NSW Public Health order including but not limited to the COVID-19 Mandatory Face Coverings Order (No 4) 2021, COVID-19 Gathering Restrictions Order No 2 2021 and COVID-19 Additional Restrictions for Delta Outbreak Order 2021
• All Contractors, who attend the pretender site inspection, must adhere to the restrictions applying to construction workers living in Local Government Area of Concern. Any worker that forms part of this group whose place of residence is in one of the Local Government Area of Concern must carry the required evidence when on site and produce it on request to Council, a police officer or authorised officer. It is the responsibility of the Respondents to ensure their workers do not breach the NSW public health order
• All Respondents must sign pre-tender site attendance sheet.
• All Appointments must be kept to the assigned time frame given
• Masks and appropriate PPE to be worn at all times
