Tender Description
The City of Whyalla owns and operates, on behalf it its community, numerous building facilities. These facilities house internal and external operations and are essential for the Council to continue providing quality services to its ratepayers.
The aim of this contract is to provide a hygienic and environmentally friendly healthcare service throughout both the female and male washrooms, baby change facilities and disabled washroom facilities, for both public toilets and Council Offices, of specified buildings owned by the Corporation of the City of Whyalla. This will be for a period of years (5) years with two rights of renewal at one year each (at Council’s discretion) subject to budget approvals and contractor performance.
