⁠⁠⁠This expression of interest is to gain an understanding of media agency services offered and ability to support the university's advertising, media buying and campaign reporting requirements.
The responsibilities of the appointed media agencies will include:
1. Media strategy development and planning
Behind every successful media plan is a carefully thought out and well-planned media strategy. Before moving forward with selecting the channels or tactics to execute, UTS requires media strategies that clearly identify the campaigns objectives, metrics, goals, and target audiences.
2. Implementation planning and media buying
It's important that UTS's content is delivered to the right people at the right time. UTS expect media buyers to possess a working knowledge of the paid platforms used to distribute content and how much it costs to use those platforms. This includes social media advertising and paid search advertising, programmatic display and video as well as traditional advertising methods such as TV, OOH, radio and print.
3. Campaign reporting
At the heart of UTS's advertising strategy is robust campaign performance measurement which demonstrates return on investment to stakeholders. UTS and its departments require consistent campaign management and reporting to ensure that UTS advertising is efficient, insightful, and effective and always improving on benchmarks.

UTS also seek to work with organisations that have experience delivering media agency services to large complex organisations, preferably in the public or education sector.
