Tender Description
Tenders are invited from commercially registered Building Contractors to carry out demolition and alterations to upgrade the existing public toilets to include an accessible toilet at Malvern Public Gardens (2A Spring Road, Malvern), between November and December 2021.
The Services for which Council is inviting Interested Parties to submit a Tender are:
• Demolish existing internal toilet areas.
• Cut & seal all services not required & remove from site
• Relocate/extend & modify services as required for new layouts
• Add in new opening into external wall
• Concrete paving & trench grates & pit cover
• Chase brickwork to conceal all new works as required
• All items as required for the construction of the new toilets
• Maintain services to in gardens throughout contract
• Maintain access for Council staff to the Parks Shed
Tenderers must be able to provide evidence of similar relevant experience undertaking toilet refurbishments in public facilities for Councils to be considered an acceptable Tender.
