Tender Description
City of Stonnington is seeking an experienced operator to supply and run a flower stall with a concept that aligns with the surrounding area and welcome all submissions to prove valid credentials and experience, including relevant expertise of retail operations. The opportunity is to be situated outside the entrance of Rockley Gardens, corner Toorak and Rockley Roads South Yarra.
Responses will be evaluated against the following selection criteria:
• Relevant experience with a similar retail concept and operational and financial capacity to deliver services
• Concept and fit out relevant to retail precinct
• Ability to meet minimum compliance requirements
• Financial Offer (Rent + Capital investment)
• Compliance to RFP and Licence provisions
