Tender Description
The aim of the project is to deliver the Customer Experience Strategy (CXS) and supporting customer research.
The scope of the role to deliver this service is to:
• Review all existing customer and community research, synthesize insights from it and determine any subsequent primary research required to inform the CXS
• Conduct any primary research required to inform the CXS
• Design and facilitate co-design workshops with council staff to educate and drive buy-in for the strategy
• Produce the Customer Experience Strategy 2021-2024 (3 year) with a supporting and sequenced action plan
• Define the Knox City Council customer personas (in doing so determine guidance for representative sampling to be applied to community engagement and inform future customer research and service design)
