Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠OZ Minerals is seeking to identify a qualified and capable supplier partner(s) to deliver the Facilities Maintenance Services outlined in section 2.4 of this document.

OZ Minerals intends to solicit proposals for the supply of these services from a select number of suppliers through a competitive Request for Tender (RFT) process:
- It is anticipated a RFT process will commence in Q1 FY22; and
- It is expected the supply for these services will commence in FY22 under a long-term partnership
agreement.

The purpose of this Expressions of Interest (EOI) request is to identify suitable suppliers for the inclusion in the above mentioned competitive tender process.

Facilities Maintenance Overview

Facilities Maintenance includes but is not limited to the following services for the Prominent Hill Village:

Maintenance Planning

 Planning of all preventative maintenance tasks;
 Logging and tracking of all maintenance tasks;
 Day to day management of the other tradespeople or sub-contractors;
 Ordering of all spare parts required for the upkeep of the Village (through OZ Minerals SAP System);
 Ensuring all safety protocols are adhered to;
 Ensuring all OZ Minerals polices and procedures, where applicable are followed; and
 Reporting on the maintenance performance measures.

Electrical Services

 maintenance activities on all low voltage electrical systems;
 maintenance activities on all low voltage electrical equipment;
 maintenance activities on fire detection systems (where required); and
 any other maintenance task that it could be reasonably expected that a qualified tradesperson could undertake.

Refrigeration Services

 repairs on the village cooling equipment;
 carry out internal cleaning of all Village air/conditioners on a programmed basis; and
 any other maintenance task that it could be reasonably expected that a qualified tradesperson could undertake.

Plumbing Services

 repairs on all plumbed appliances throughout the village equipment;
 location and repair of water leaks throughout the village;
 repairs on all gas equipment; and
 any other maintenance task that it could be reasonably expected that a qualified tradesperson could undertake.

Building services

 making internal room repairs (non-structural);
 lock replacements;
 repairing roof leaks and external cladding;
 touch up painting and wall re-painting;
 removal and replacement of furniture and furniture repairs;
 floor ceiling and wall repairs in all Village;
 furniture repairs;
 door and window fitting and repairs: and
 other minor works or small scale projects.

Village Grounds’ Maintenance

 The Contractor shall maintain the entire outdoor area of the Village and ensure they are in a clean, tidy and litter free condition each day
