As a cross border, twin city, Albury Wodonga is recognised as Australia's 20th largest city with a combined population of nearly 98,000 people. Our cities are the major manufacturing, retail, commercial, health, administrative and cultural centres serving a larger regional geographical catchment population of around 180,000 people.

AlburyCity seeks to develop a comprehensive Local Housing Strategy (LHS) that examines the future housing needs of Albury, with a focus on provision of affordable housing. This project will assist AlburyCity to respond appropriately to the heightened level of community concern about housing affordability pressures. AlburyCity is interested in better understanding how to assist our most disadvantaged residents to maintain the ability to access safe, secure and affordable housing within our LGA.
AlburyCity invites suitably qualified and experienced consultants to submit a Quote for the preparation of a Local Housing Strategy upon the conditions detailed in this RFQ.
