Wellington City Council (Council) is providing advance notice to potential respondents that it intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the provision of Main Contractor ECI services for the Te Matapihi | Central Library Seismic Strengthening and Refurbishment Project.
The purpose of this notice is to:
- assist your business planning by alerting you to the upcoming procurement
- provide an outline of what we are seeking (and not seeking), to help you decide if you are interested in responding
- provide some background information on the project, the principles that are guiding the development of the requirements for the project and the outcomes we are seeking
- provide an indication of what we intend to provide in the RFP when it is released, and
- indicate the likely timeline for key points in the procurement process.
