Tender Description
Wollongong City Council wishes to engage a contractor to undertake the following scope of works, including but not limited to the following:
- Replacement of existing metal roof sheeting, including modifications to existing roof structure and replacement of existing skylights, installation of new eaves guttering and roof strengthening;
- Installation of new roof insulation and roof safety mesh;
- Removal of existing hazardous materials (asbestos and lead) and replacement with nonhazardous alternatives;
- Replacement of interior and exterior lighting, including redirection and rationalisation of existing electrical conduits;
- Removal and replacement of termite damaged stud wall and interior timber cladding;
- Other works required to be undertaken are the replacement of an industrial kitchen extraction fan, refurbishment of an existing attached pergola structure and general interior and exterior painting works.
