Community Infrastructure: Fit for Purpose Assessments

Tenders are invited for the completion of Fit for Purpose Assessments.

The City of Stonnington is seeking to engage the services of a suitably qualified consultant to prepare and conduct fit-for-purpose (FFP) assessments to determine the level of functionality for a range of community services and facilities. The FFP assessments will apply to Council-owned, leased or managed facilities (49 services and facilities in total).

The objectives of this project are to establish key functional requirements for each facility type, conduct audits using assessment templates and a scoring system and present the findings and recommendations in a discussion paper. The discussion paper will be used to inform Council’s new Community Infrastructure Plan.
