Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The contract comprises of civil construction works to establish and commission a prefabricated Permaloo toilet block at the Park Road Reserve located in the Western Heights area of Rotorua. The scope of this contract is for the supply of all plant, labour, materials, quality assurance, as-built drawings and incidentals necessary for:

  • Aggregate and concrete foundation works
  • Establishing a waste-water connection to the existing waste-water pipe
  • Establishing a water pipe connection to an existing water main
  • Establishing power connection
  • Installation of the precast concrete toilet block
  • Landscaping and surface drainage
