Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new Gymnasium at Keebra Park State High School, located at 56 Anne Street, Southport QLD 4215 (South East Queensland Region).
The new building is single storey, consisting mainly of metal sheeted exterior with a skillion roof, roller doors, windows and provisions for fitness equipment. All works are to be completed by January 2022.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00
