Tender Description
The City of Ballarat is offering a rare and exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced café / catering operator(s) to stamp their mark on Regional Victoria. A rare opportunity exists to establish a presence across three sites, two located within the heart of the Ballarat CBD: within the Ballarat Civic Hall and the Ballarat Library (located within the new Gov Hub Precinct) and within one of Ballarat’s iconic tourist attractions, the Eureka Centre, at the national heritage-listed Eureka Stockade Memorial Park.
The introduction of the newly built Ballarat Gov Hub combined within the existing precinct of the Ballarat Library and Ballarat Civic Hall has created the potential for 3,000+ visitors, employees, and patrons for the suitable operator to provide hospitality services for.
Applicants are encouraged to respond to this Expression of Interest understanding there is three commercial opportunities which may be seen either in isolation of each other or as combined.
The opportunity is as follows:
Individual tenancy of the Ballarat Civic Hall Café
Individual tenancy of the Ballarat Library Coffee Cart
Individual tenancy of the Eureka Centre Café and commercial kitchen.
Or
A combination of those above (in part or all thereof)
