CASA 21/34– Full Stack Developer

The Full Stack Developer reports to the Senior Program Manager and will be the lead developer for a small team responsible for delivering D365/PowerApps solutions and strategic initiatives.
The team is responsible for development and maintenance of the CASA D365 and PowerApps applications.

The team will also work collaboratively with other Information Technology units supporting various elements of the ICT environment including Release Management, Service Desk and Governance, Development and Operations, and Midrange and Operations.

Deliverables
The Full Stack Developer is responsible for the following deliverables:
a) Build high quality code packages, primarily enhancements to existing systems.
b) Design and conduct unit testing of code packages.
c) Produce technical specifications for code packages.
d) Work to deadlines, monitor and report progress.
e) Work co-operatively and collaboratively with the (ITB) team, as well as other stakeholders within CASA.
f) Contributing to and providing high level strategic integration advice to Information Services Branch leadership team to support ICT Strategy.
g) Contributing and providing continuous improvement and identifying, evaluating and managing risk in the delivery of project outcomes.
h) promoting workplace safety, equity and diversity and participative management and environmental management practices in the workplace and acting in accordance with CASA values and behaviors, and
i) Other related tasks as requested by the Section Head Development Operations

Mandatory
a) Minimum 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, CanvasApps, SSRS.
b) Extensive experience in developing Dynamics solutions with custom workflows, plug-in creation and creation of custom integration solutions with third-party vendors.
c) Experience in integrating Dynamics CRM with other line of business applications, legacy systems via 3rd party framework.
d) Experience with configuring and customising Dynamics Portal.
e) Experience with advanced web development technologies like .NET Core, REACT, REST, JSON, OData, Jquery.
f) Experience in integrating and consuming Azure Active Directory and B2C services, Azure WebApps, Azure APIM.
g) Good communication skills including, demonstrated technical writing skills and demonstrated ability to interpret functional requirements and communicate complex technical information to non-technical people.
h) Experience using DevOps, GIT, and teamwork using Agile methodology.

Location
Based in Aviation House, Phillip, ACT the Resource must work (on average) 8 hours per day (40 hours per week) between the core hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
