Tender Description
Kingborough Council invites fixed-price tenders from competent contractors to supply all materials, plant, and labour and any other services, costs and fees necessary to undertake internal building works and upgrades at the Dennes Point public toilet facility located at Dennes Point Bruny Island.
The successful Tender will be appointed as PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR for the coordination and delivery of these works. Tenders close Wednesday 1st September 2021 at 2pm.

Responses to questions raised by tenderers will be posted on the forum and will be available to any person downloading tender documents.
Tenders must be submitted via the electronic tender box .
Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
If a receipt is not received it is recommended that the Tender is uploaded again.
Tenders will not be accepted by hand delivery, by post, by facsimile or by email. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
