Tender Description
Naval Group Australia is seeking Expressions of Interest from Australian and New Zealand manufacturers with capability to supply specific angled valves to be mounted to the hull as per Naval Group design drawings.
The final assembly will be compromised of extremely precise dimensions in exotic metallic and composite materials compliant with the seawater circuits onboard the submarine.
Key skills to manufacture the drawings include but are not limited to: Forging, Machining (including the ball) and crimping
Documentation required for acceptance include but are not limited to: Manufacturing Process Plan, Inspection Reports, Test Reports, Dimensional Reports, 3.1 Material Certificate, and Certificate of Conformance.
