Tender Description
Naval Group Australia is seeking Expressions of Interest from Australian and New Zealand manufactures with capability to supply high performance and durable corrosion and static protection paint. The product should be similar to the grade used in the Oil and Gas industry with a low level of maintenance. High durability is required to greater than 15 years and Im2 corrosivity class according to ISO 12944-1 and 2.
Antistatic characteristic (superficial resistivity < 106 ohm) (EN 1081 or equivalent). F3, S1, T1 according to International code for application of fire test procedures (STANAG 4602).
The successful supplier shall be able to provide:
- Paint specification including technical data sheet and safety datasheet
- Certificate for corrosion performances and antifouling performances, including: chemical compatibility, antistatic properties, anti-skid and anti-slip properties, and abrasion and impact resistance.
