Central Highlands Regional Council (Council) is seeking a Panel of Prequalified Suppliers (Panel) to provide water and wastewater maintenance services including labour, materials, parts, equipment and supervision to carry out the following works on all of its water treatment plants (WTP), wastewater treatment plants (WWTP), water pump stations, sewer pump stations and associated infrastructure:
1. Installation, setup, commissioning and troubleshooting of instrumentation equipment (flowmeters, turbidity meters, flow switches, chlorine analysers, dissolved oxygen probes, level instruments, etc.)
2. Installation and repair of mechanical assets such as valves, actuators, pumps and pipes, including minor welding works, water and pneumatic piping/tubing
3. Installation and repair of civil assets such as dams and tanks, including concrete repair and fencing
4. Installation, setup, commissioning, troubleshooting and/or replacement of specialist treatment equipment (e.g. filter media, aerators, diffusers, chemical delivery systems)
5. Support for maintenance projects, shutdowns
This may include after-hours service support and on-call support.
This Contract is for a period of three (3) years from the commencement date with an option to extend for one (1) year, and an option for an additional extension of one (1) year after that. Extension of the Contract will be purely at the discretion of Council.
