Tender Description
The Corporation of the City of Unley ABN 63 714 797 082 (The Council) seeks tenders for an experienced builder to undertake the necessary demolitions, character cottages refurbishment, new rear building work and renewed landscaped setting for the upgrade of the City of Unley Cottages at 72, 74 and 76 Edmund Avenue Unley (the Services).
It is a mandatory requirement that all tenderers be DPTI Pre-qualified General Building contractors Category GB2 for the Adelaide region
