Central Coast Council (Council) is proposing to demolish the existing buildings and construct a new amenities building at the Lemongrove Netball Courts, Ettalong Beach NSW.
Background
The objective of the proposed redevelopment works is to provide the community with a high quality functional amenities building which will form part of the Lemongrove Netball complex, with the aim of enhancing the overall functionality of both sporting complexes, that also provide support the needs of local sporting clubs and the Central Coast community.
Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the preferred Tenderer.
