This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The engagement of an independent consultant will assist the Department by ensuring the Learning modules are uploaded seamlessly and enhancements to functionality occur through best use of curricula, within LMS and conducting system administrator training. Provide an independent evaluation of the SuccessFactor platform and performance configuration. Improving the user experience through enhancements in functionality and efficiency. The consultant will be required on an ad-hoc basis, approximately 8 hours per week.
