The Principal is seeking Tenders for the design and construction of the mechanical air conditioning system upgrades to the gym and function room at Swan Active Beechboro.

Briefing/Site Inspection:

Tenderers are required to attend a mandatory briefing and site inspection at 2pm AWST, Thursday 29 July 2021. The location of the meeting is Swan Active Beechboro. The briefing and site inspection will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties prior to the Tender deadline. Please confirm your attendance at this meeting via email to tenders@swan.wa.gov.au by no later than 4pm AWST, Wednesday 28 July 2021. A register of attendees will be maintained for the briefing and site inspection. Tenderers must register under the business name that they intend to submit their Offer under, in order for their Offer to be considered. Failure to attend this will render the Tenderer ineligible to respond.
