Tender Description
Kingborough Council invites fixed-priced Design and Construct tenders from suitably experienced contractors to supply all materials, plant, and labour and any other services, costs and fees necessary to construct a public amenities building at Kingston Park, Kingston.
The building will include 4 unisex toilets, an accessible toilet, a family room, a cleaner store and maintenance area.
Works include the design and fabrication of a modular building and construction works including connection to services, concreting, installation and commissioning.
Tenders must be lodged through the portal and be fully uploaded by 2pm on Tuesday, 17 August 2021.
Late tenders, or tenders hand delivered, received by post, facsimile or email will not be accepted
